In this section we will look at different methods of communication both verbal and non-verbal including sign language. We will also look at complaints and dealing with different complaints and challenging situations. You will then learn about recognising danger signs, and finally, how your communication can be improved.
Course Summary
In this video, we summarise the course and explain how the final test works. We also explain where you can find your course resources, which are available before and after your test.
